Feedback drives our company growth in every way!  At the end of every year it is our goal to ask how we served our clients.  We require complete honesty and integrity in everything that we do.  We insist on open communications with our clients and we treat all our clients with respect.  We know that feedback helps us grow and growth is what we thrive on!  Each year end we contact all of our corporate clients, conference clients, brides and family members of the brides as well as our social clients and ask them the same questions.  The survey is completely anonymous  it allows our clients to speak freely.  Here are just a few questions we asked…

We scored 100% in each category by 100% of our clients. We think our new tagline should be… “Whoever said you can’t please everyone… was wrong!”  This may sound a bit like we are “tooting our own horn” but we think these AWESOME scores are bragging rights.  It has been our honor to serve each and every couple, gala committee, corporation, national association, non profit organization and party host this year!  Thank you for trusting the details with us – we promised to take great care of you.
